After spending more than two decades helping some of the world’s largest brands navigate mobile technology, customer engagement, digital transformation, and emerging communications platforms, we became convinced that another major shift was underway—one that most organizations were underestimating.

A Letter From Our Founders


When we started MobileCX Partners, we weren’t trying to build another consulting firm.


The world has enough consultants.


What we saw was something different.


After spending more than two decades helping some of the world’s largest brands navigate mobile technology, customer engagement, digital transformation, and emerging communications platforms, we became convinced that another major shift was underway—one that most organizations were underestimating.


The way customers engage with brands is fundamentally changing.


Not gradually.


Rapidly.


And in many cases, enterprise strategies have not kept pace.


For years, organizations have invested heavily in websites, mobile apps, marketing automation platforms, customer portals, contact centers, and digital transformation initiatives. While these investments created tremendous value, they were often built around how businesses wanted customers to engage.
